How much does this cost to Airbus? (ZERO)
What's the assurance to Bombardier shareholders and Quebec Government that Airbus will use its "Best Effort" into selling CSeries and protecting it?
Does Airbus have anything to lose in this deal, anything at risk, what exactly, to what do you value that?
On top, Airbus is getting Bombardier shares and Bombardier keeps paying for CSeries expenses...
Why did Bombardier have to give free shares of Bombardier Inc. "on top of 50%" of the CSeries? Because for Airbus, 50% of the CSeries for free was not enough??
With Bombardier leaving the CSeries is it now normal to assume that Bombardier is leaving the Commercial Aircraft business altogether, also looking to dispose of their CRJ and Q400 products, the only ones where Bombardier Inc. is owns 100%. Let's hope for its shareholders to receive a better payment then with Airbus for 50% of the CSeries, i.e. 0$ + promises.
Did China made an offer for the whole CSeries? When, How much and why did Bombardier Inc. said no? Because of Quebec government?
What will be the relationship between Airbus and the CSeries technologies? Can Airbus use it? At what condition?
Kid you not, Airbus and Bombardier already were good friends, exchange of services, the new Global 7000 fuselage is built in Mirabel by an Airbus company, etc... But, for the Bombardier Inc. shareholders... and Quebec people also owner of the CSeries, we need to know about the details of the deal...
Is it me or there's something BIG I'm missing?
This deal generates many many questions...
