The existence of the Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot

Four other flights were "electronically tampered" with including the following flights...

“at least 108 Boeing airliners were in service that had been modified with QRS11 GyroChips (electronic hijack) and "something more sinister". There was no interest from any quarter. On January 1, 2007, Adam Air 574 was vaporized in Indonesia in a manner exactly like Field McConnell had relayed as a threat."

On December 10, 2006, Field McConnell reported the illegal modification on Boeing aircraft to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Airlines, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), NORAD and the USNA Superintendent. Shortly thereafter, Northwest Airlines, compelled by the United States Department of Justice (USDoJ), silenced Field McConnell, due to his inadvertent reopening of a safety issue closed in the June, 2006 settlement of a $615 million settlement paid by Boeing to the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ).

Field McConnell filed Civil Case 3:07-cv-24 at the District Court, District of North Dakota on the 27th of February, 2007. The case is titled 'FIELD MCCONNELL v. ALPA and BOEING'. Boeing admitted on March 3, 2007 the existence of the Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot. To date, 9 February, 2012, Airline Pilots Association (ALPA) has suppressed this information.

Field McConnell retired March 13, 2007 to preserve his EXPERT WITNESS VALUE in US District Courts. Civil Case 3:07-cv-49 HAWKS CAFE v. GLOBAL GUARDIANS was filed on May Day, May 1, 2007 in District Court, District of North Dakota.

Captain Field McConnell flew with Muslim copilots around tall buildings. On December 13, 2008, an aircraft Captain Field McConnell was the captain of was electronically 'tampered with' having no effect on Field McConnell's performance as a highly experienced pilot.

While serving as Airbus Captain in Kazakhstan, Field McConnell filed Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) (Pro Se) September, 2008, MCCONNELL v. ALPA. Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) (Pro Se) was dismissed by Judge Rosemary M. Collyer in January, 2011

Fargo Forum, called Field McConnell at home early in the after noon of September 11, 2001, the very same day of the attack on New York and the Pentagon in Washington. The reporter from the Fargo Forum talked about forty minutes, then asked if Field McConnell could be photographed for a front page story. The Fargo Forum, a Pullitzer Prize winning daily in Fargo North Dakota, sent a photographer out to Field McConnell's farm which was near Glyndon Minnesota, thirteen miles east of Fargo North Dakota.

Field McConnell still retains that front page of that newspaper; and on page A5 dated September 12, 2001, the headline read: "Our Nation Saw Evil", with a photograph of the rubble at the WTC complex, President George Bush, Osama bin Laden and Field McConnell.

This demonstrated clearly that Field McConnell was sought out as an "expert" on 9-11. The newspaper knew that Field McConnell had flown with and retired from the North Dakota Air National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel after having flown sixteen years with them in the F4 Phantom and F16 Falcon fighters.

Sadly, Field McConnell's son is tracked and targeted by more cowards, including RADSAT, Iridium, Tomoye, and Boeing corporations, in Quebec and Chicago; and one more, McConnell International LLC. There is no relation, but Field's sister is a principal at McConnell International.

If David Hawkins and Field McConnell can solve 9-11 in five and a half years, what have the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Central Intelligence Agency and the national Security Agency been doing with tax dollars?

The US Intelligence community has been totally inerted by Tomoye in Quebec and McConnell in Washington DC. Interestingly enough, their Washington offices are within one block of each other on same street. Perhaps their cells will be on the same cellblock soon.

Field McConnell's interest has remained very high as his college classmate (USNA '71) was the Captain on American Airlines Flight 77, which was vaporized over the Atlantic forty-five minutes prior to the unmanned aerial vehicle that killed another United States Naval Academy alumni, Captain Gerald 'Fish' DeConto, whose window in Wedge One of the Pentagon the object flew into. Field McConnell felt strongly that the attack on September 11, 2001 was ...

Bombardier & Quebec Government Moving More CSeries Work out of Mirabel, Quebec, Canada to the US

Bombardier and Quebec Government To Keep Paying Airbus to Take 50.01% of the CSeries and Its Control

    7:30 (11:30 UTC) - April 17, 2018 - Quebec, Canada
    by Sylvain Faust, Fliegerfaust.com

    (version en français)

CSeries interior completion at Bombardier Wichita

When Mirabel CSeries production is suffering from quality issues mainly with the aircraft interior from one of its supplier, i.e. Zodiac Aerospace, I learned that management is thinking to move "at least some" CSeries interior completion to Bombardier facility in Wichita.

    Movements

As you know this means flying those empty/green CSeries aircraft from Mirabel, Quebec to Wichita, Kansas and back to Mirabel for flight test completion and delivery. (my first reaction is, what will it change in quality when the interior will still come from Zodiac Aerospace, if that's the reason?)

As for flying "green" CSeries to Wichita for interior completion, additional "technical" steps would be required (ballast/weight balancing the center of gravity since nothing is installed inside the aircraft, seats, toilets, galley…) as well as legal (special flying permit, different from the one for pre-delivery test flights).

More Jobs in the United States

Planning once again to create more jobs in the USA as President Donald Trump is asking, but with Quebec Taxpayers paying for part of it, once more Bombardier and the Quebec Government CSeries shareholders are at work!

Justin Trudeau, Donald Trump and Quebec Prime Minister Philippe Couillard

This would also mean that work (job creation) that was supposed to be done in Quebec, Canada (CSeries assembly facility located at Mirabel Airport) will not be created, once again, in Canada, but in the US. This is added to the already announced new CSeries assembly facility in the US (Mobile, Alabama) paid by the CSeries "business" (Bombardier and Quebec Government under the "C Series Aircraft Limited Partnership") instead of expanding the current one at Mirabel airport, Quebec, Canada. (more on this CSeries "business" below).

    What a Deal!

Brand new tools are ordered by Bombardier and on standby to be delivered to Airbus Mobile facility in Alabama as soon as the deal with Airbus is closed should you ask. This is all paid by Bombardier Inc. (cash) and the Government of Quebec (by ownership dilution) for the first 3 years after the deal is signed where Airbus gets control (50.01%) of the CSeries business for $0, no cash down, no commitment, on a "best effort" basis from what we're told. This deal will cost Bombardier and Quebec an additional $1 billion (US$700 millions), and an additional bonus to Airbus currently valued at $141 million. Read below.

Bombardier will continue with its current funding plan of CSALP and will fund, if required, the cash shortfalls of CSALP during the first year following the closing up to a maximum amount of US$350 million, and during the second and third years following the closing up to a maximum aggregate amount of US$350 million over both years…source: https://www.bombardier.com/en/media/newsList/details.binc-20171016-airbus-and-bombardier-announce-c-series-partnershi.bombardiercom.html

    And There's More!

From that same source/page, additionally Airbus is also receiving warrants to allow for the purchase of 100 million Bombardier Inc. B shares at a price of $2.29 valid for up to 5 years after the closing of the deal. The "market" value of those 100 million warrants with a strike price of $2.29, as of yesterday April 16, 2018, with Bombardier B shares price at $3.70 is: $3.70 – $2.29 = $1.41 profit per share. This $1.41 * 100 million = $141 million "as of today" given to Airbus on top of all what you just read above on this page.

Basically, 50% of the CSeries, $1 billion over the next 3 years of CSeries expenses paid by Bombardier (cash) and Quebec Government (dilution), those 100 millions warrants/shares having a profit of $141 million as of today already (the deal is not closed still). Think… How badly much has been the CSeries to accept such a deal?

The CSeries is way too expensive to be able to sell it without dropping the price to a point where Bombardier is losing money, this is where Airbus will make a difference by cutting the cost of the parts to make a CSeries. Already, just for the APU from Honeywell, Airbus got a 30% lower price than paid by Bombardier.

    How Bad Could It Be

By becoming a supplier also, Bombardier (wings, cockpit, engineering, BFTC services) there will be a way for the company to make some money with the CSeries, this is too bad for Quebec Government having no shares in Bombardier Inc. Quebec did not invest in Bombardier Inc part of the $1.3 billion investment in the CSeries like just did Airbus (100 million warrant/shares in Bombardier Inc.). Who is bright, Airbus or Prime Minister Couillard of Quebec and his fantastic team?

For the many of you who know about Mirabel Airport area, you know all about its huge vacant space all around for easy and cheap expansion. Mirabel-Montreal Airport (YMX/CYMX) is the official "Industrial" airport facility under the Management of "Aéroports de Montréal" (ADM) who also manage the Pierre-Elliot-Trudeau/Dorval Airport (YUL/CYUL).

ADM: "Aéroports de Montréal is a private, not-for-profit and financially independent corporation responsible for the management, operation and development of Montréal–Trudeau and Montréal–Mirabel international airports" source https://www.admtl.com/en/adm/company

So, the question is "Why?" Why is Philippe Couillard Premier Minister of Québec favorable for all this? Why his Minister of Economy, Science and Innovation Dominique Anglade responsible for the management of Quebec Government ownership of the people of Quebec CSeries shares, why is she favorable for this? New CSeries aerospace jobs created in the United States instead of Quebec?

Is it just because Bombardier Inc., under the control of the Beaudoin/Bombardier family with over 50% of the vote of the corporation (but with less than 14% of its ownership), is favorable for it? Is that it?

What else will the citizen of Quebec, Canada lose with the CSeries/Bombardier/Quebec Government transaction with Airbus else than jobs? What about that $1.3 billion of taxpayer's money invested in the CSeries instead of Bombardier Inc.? Keep reading…

Quebec Prime Minister Couillard said many times that the CSeries is the future of aerospace for Quebec and did not want to invest in Bombardier Inc. but only in the CSeries. The reason is not what you're told, it's because he was not allowed by the Beaudoin/Bombardier family!

Also, Couillard does not sound like well informed aerospace person since he was never made aware of another fabulous aircraft program at Bombardier Inc. called the "Global 7000/8000" which is going to be the cash cow for Bombardier in terms of profit… and a very high-tech aircraft now the larger luxury business jet with the longest range on the planet! Bombardier just created another 1000 jobs in Montreal for it. How many new CSeries jobs were created in Canada since the investment of $1 billion in the CSeries by Quebec Government?

Couillard Government did as they were told, not to ask Bombardier Inc. shares but to only invest in the CSeries. Consequences? The stock price of Bombardier Inc. at the time of the Quebec investment in the CSeries was $2.21. Today, April 16, 2018, the stock price is $3.70, an increase of 67.42%.

That $1.3 billion invested by Quebec would now be worth $2.18 billion, an increase of $876,460. Instead, you want to know how much is worth the Quebec taxpayers $1.3 billion that was put in the CSeries? I did the calculation for you down in this article…

"Do you think the Quebec Government will recover its $1.3 billion invested in the CSeries?"

Once again, "Se faire passer un sapin?" like we say in French in the Province of Québec. And the "Je Me Souviens" (Quebec official motto meaning "I remember") Oh Really? Please do when you go vote next time. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Je_me_souviens)

    The New Kingpin

Will Airbus, the soon new "Kingpin" of the CSeries program, give the population of Quebec and the rest of Canada some explanations behind those "PRO CANADA" decisions? How many more are to come?

As for my friends in Wichita, I'm sure you will be doing a great job! Maybe you will also be completing the Mobile, Alabama CSeries assembled aircraft? Why not! Is there any minimum number of employees to have for Bombardier in Wichita in relation to some local grants? There's not much going on with the Learjet assembly in Wichita these days.

CSeries Limited Partnership…Someone lied or… I MUST be reading this wrong?

When Quebec Government invested $1.3 billion in the CSeries Bombardier Inc. did agree to some conditions.

Here are a few: (CSALP is "C Series Aircraft Limited Partnership" owned by Bombardier Inc. and Quebec Government)

"As part of the agreement, the strategic, financial and operational headquarters for the CSALP, along with the assembly, manufacturing, engineering services and research and development activities of the CSALP, will remain in the Province of Québec for at least 20 years"Source Bombardier: https://www.bombardier.com/en/media/newsList/details.binc-20160623-bombardier-announces-the-signing-of-a-definitive-a.bombardiercom.html?

Now… tell me who is not holding on their part of the deal?

Down The Supply Chain – APN GLOBAL of Quebec City

    April 19, 2018 - Ernest S. Airvai - AirInsight

APN is a precision machine shop located in Québec City that differentiates itself through information technology. APN's motto – perfection multiplied – reflects its focus on technology to produce consistent and reproducible results for its customers in the aerospace and other industries.

We had the opportunity to speak with APN President, Yves Proteau to discuss the how the company differentiates itself from other machine shop manufacturing facilities for aerospace, and how the Internet of Things has differentiated APN from its competition. APN is an internet 4.0 technology showcase site in Québec as a result of its technological advances in integrating robotics and interconnecting CAD-CAM files and specifications from its customers to seamlessly produce parts to the highest levels of precision, which has been better than six sigma levels.

APN is a family owned business, founded in 1970 by Claude Proteau. Today, his two sons, Jean and Yves Proteau, are co-presidents and continue to grow the company.

What differentiates APN is the system they create to integrate information and add artificial intelligence to enable 5-axis machines to run almost autonomously. They are a group that utilizes robotics and...

Is Wichita a candidate for some new Bombardier work? - The Wichita Eagle

Wichita Also Host Bombardier Flight Test Center (BFTC)...

    BY JERRY SIEBENMARK - April 19, 2018 11:18 AM

A Bombardier official isn't ruling out a Canadian blogger's post earlier this week that company managers have raised the possibility of sending some completions work on its C Series passenger jet to Wichita.

Sylvain Faust, who writes the Fliegerfaust aerospace blog from Montreal, wrote this week that he "learned management is thinking to move 'at least some' CSeries interior completion to Bombardier facility in Wichita." The move, he writes, centers around quality issues on the installation of aircraft interiors from supplier Zodiac Aerospace.

In an e-mail to The Eagle, Bombardier Commercial Aircraft spokeswoman Nathalie Siphengphet said...

Could Bombardier move some CSeries work to Wichita?  Why Not Expanding at Mirabel, Quebec? - Wichita Business Journal

By Daniel McCoy – Reporter, Wichita Business Journal
    Apr 17, 2018, 3:18pm

While a plan is already proceeding to bring new business jet work later this year to Bombardier in Wichita, there could also be plans formulating in the company's C-suite to route similar work on the company's C Series commercial jet in the Air Capital.

Sylvain Faust, who closely tracks Bombardier for his FliegerFaust blog, wrote on Tuesday that he has learned that company management is considering moving "at least some" interior completion work on the C Series to Wichita.

WTO panel rules against Canada in Brazil’s complaint over Bombardier CSeries

Embraer alleges government subsidies have allowed Bombardier to sell the C Series at artificially low prices that distort the global market and harm competitors

MONTREAL — A World Trade Organization panel is moving ahead with its review of Brazil's complaint that Bombardier Inc.'s C Series is receiving unfair subsidies after throwing out a key Canadian argument.

The panel ruled against Canada's objection that it look at four programs including Ottawa's supercluster plan that were not included in its original complaint.

Brazilian aerospace rival Embraer S.A. launched the trade dispute last year alleging Bombardier and its suppliers have received more than $3.7 billion (US$3 billion) in subsidies, which it claims have hurt its aviation industry.

It argues the government subsidies have allowed Bombardier to sell the C Series at artificially low prices that distort the global market and harm competitors.

Canada had argued that Brazil's request to include the additional programs broadened the scope of the dispute beyond the original request for consultations.

    However, the WTO ruled that...

Swiss Air-Rescue takes delivery of the first of three converted Challenger 650 aircraft, ushering in a new era of air ambulance operations

    April, 18 2018

BOMBARDIER DELIVERS FIRST CHALLENGER 650 AIRCRAFT CONVERTED INTO AIR AMBULANCE TO SWISS AIR-RESCUE REGA

    • Longstanding Bombardier customer Rega receives first of three specially configured Challenger 650aircraft, marking a new era in air ambulance operations
    • The Challenger 650 aircraft has the versatility and dependability to be the life-saving platform of a new generation
    • With the highest wing loading of any aircraft in its class, the Challenger 650 aircraft provides an exceptionally smooth ride that benefits passengers receiving medical care, minimizes pilot fatigue and extends the life of mission equipment

Bombardier is pleased to announce that it has delivered the first Challenger 650 aircraft converted into an air ambulance, to long-standing customer Swiss Air-Rescue Rega. The Swiss air ambulance service will take possession of two more Challenger 650 aircraft this year, replacing its earlier-generation Challenger 604 fleet.

These robust, spacious and high-performing aircraft are being specially outfitted with intensive care units, representing the next generation of airborne medical evacuation.

"It is incredibly rewarding for us that Bombardier jets help save so many lives while in service with Rega, and we are thrilled that they will continue to do so for many years to come," said David Coleal, President, Bombardier Business Aircraft. "The Challenger 650 aircraft is an ideal air ambulance vehicle, with the reliability needed when emergencies arise and a smooth ride that is essential when delivering in-flight medical care."

Swiss Air-Rescue Rega, a non-profit foundation and one of the world's pioneers in aeromedical evacuation, carries out air-rescue operations in Switzerland with a fleet of 17 rescue helicopters and repatriates patients from abroad with three ambulance jets. A long-standing Bombardier customer, Rega acquired its first Challenger aircraft in 1982 and has operated Challenger aircraft ever since.

The Challenger 650 aircraft combines the tried-and-true performance upon which Rega has depended for decades, with the enhancements and technology to be the life-saving fleet of a new generation. Its higher-thrust engines allow for a shorter take-off distance, and the Bombardier Vision flight deck reduces pilot workload. The Challenger 650 aircraft offers a quieter cabin and a smooth ride, for the comfort of both patients and crew, as well as an impressive range of 4,000 nautical miles.

Bombardier delivered the first of three Challenger 650aircraft to Rega on April 9 during a ceremony in Peterborough, Canada. It was an occasion for representatives from Bombardier and Rega to mark their longstanding business relationship, as well as their friendship.

"Bombardier's Challenger aircraft have more than proven their ability to carry out critical missions over the years," said Ernst Kohler, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of Rega, which will take possession of two more Challenger 650 aircraft in 2018. "With these three new, high-performing air ambulances we are ensuring that Rega can continue to provide reliable and professional assistance to patients all over the world throughout the next 15 years."

    • Victoria's largest ever public transport initiative will see Bombardier provide ten years of rail control services for the Metro Tunnel Project in Melbourne
    • Order marks Bombardier's first long-term signalling maintenance contract in Australia comprising its full package OPTIFLO rail control services solution

Rail technology leader Bombardier Transportation announced today that it has signed a contract with Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) to provide ten years of maintenance services for its rail control solution being delivered for Melbourne's new Metro Tunnel Project. The contract is valued at approximately 77 million AUD ($60 million US, 48 million euro) and includes an option for five additional years of maintenance services.

In December 2017, Bombardier, as part of the Rail Systems Alliance (RSA), won the contract to install its high-capacity rail control solution for the 11 billion AUD Metro Tunnel Project in Melbourne, Victoria's largest ever investment in public transport.

Bombardier has been active in Australia for more than 60 years as a complete rail solution provider, delivering its extensive portfolio of winning mobility solutions from train and tram fleets to signalling, propulsion and control technology, mining solutions, asset management and through-life support on rail projects across the country. A Bombardier Q400 NextGen turboprop airliner sits under construction in one of the hangars at the Bombardier Aerospace plant at Downsview airport, in Toronto on Tuesday, April 6, 2010.

Li Ka-shing in Hunt for Bombardier’s Toronto (Downsview) Site - Bids of More than $700-Million Have Been Offered

    APRIL 17, 2018

Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing and two Canadian investors have made Bombardier's short list of buyers for the manufacturer's aerospace plant and surrounding lands in northwest Toronto, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Bombardier is mulling bids from three frontrunners. Mr. Li's CK Asset Holdings Ltd., a team-up by Toronto-based developers Great Gulf and Dream Unlimited Corp., and Montreal-based PSP Investments, the federal public service's pension plan, are all said to be vying for the property.

But whoever wins the competition to buy the sprawling and largely empty 371-acre site could faces huge hurdles. Bombardier is facing off with its union, Unifor, which opposes the sale. And any new landowner will want to win the city's approval to rezone at least some of the site, which is currently reserved only for uses such as factories or offices.

Nevertheless, the site is accessible by Toronto's subway system and is seen as prime real estate in a city grappling with a shortage of land, housing and office space. It became one of the most sought-after potential development sites and attracted the attention of multiple buyers including an unsolicited bid from a startup manufacturer, Avro Bourdeau Aerospace Corp.

The Bombardier Downsview site, which includes the plant, runway and other land, is currently assessed at a value of just $153.16-million for property-tax purposes. However, sources said bids of more than $700-million have been offered.

Buyers on the short list are bidding in the belief they will develop the land into so-called mixed use − a combination of office, residential and retail spaces − which would command high prices, the sources said. The next round of bids is due before the end of the month, they said.

Seeking CSeries Proposal from Airbus - Spirit Airlines Mulls Adding Smaller Jets to All-Airbus Fleet

    By Mary Schlangenstein - Bloomberg

    April 17, 2018, 9:51 AM GMT-4

Spirit Airlines Inc. is considering adding smaller planes to its fleet of Airbus SE jets as the carrier looks for ways to expand its service.

The ultradiscounter expects to seek proposals from planemakers "shortly," having completed an evaluation of the options, Chief Commercial Officer Matt Klein said in an interview. He declined to say when the airline might make an order.

Adding smaller planes, such as those made by Canada's Bombardier Inc. or Brazil's Embraer SA, would further Spirit's goal of adding flights from midsize and smaller cities to popular tourist destinations. The airline already has plans to expand its fleet of Airbus A320-family planes to 161 by the end of 2021. Spirit had 112 of the single-aisle planes at the end of last year.

    "We feel like there are...

    CSeries Production - Quick Update

    11:40 (15:40 UTC) - April 16, 2018 - Québec, Canada

    Quick update… All SWISS CS300

55023 next SWISS CSeries to be delivered should be doing another quick client flight before it is delivered. It should be leaving to Switzerland by the week-end. An issue with a door seems to have been the reason for the late delivery.

55027 next flights should be with the client…

55029 should be flying later today, April 16 2018 or very soon, weather depending. That should be its last flight before the client does its acceptance flight.

55030 will be with the pre-delivery test pilots very soon around the end of the week.

55032 should also get to pre-delivery status with the test pilots but during next week.

It is progressing… not as fast as planned but still faster than before.

My name is Normand Hamel. After a 35 year career in aviation I retired in 2009 to better concentrate on my favourite activities: reading and writing. If you wonder what Run-up Pad means it refers to this special section of a run-up area on an airport that can be heated up in cold temperatures to prevent an aircraft from slipping forward when power is applied to test the engines. It also refers symbolically to the yellow pad I am using to write these articles for which I intend to bring our readers to contribution to test my ideas, like one would test an engine to make sure it works properly.
