Police said the pilot, 61-year-old John Bennett of Indianapolis, "landed safely," hitting no other vehicles but coming to rest against a concrete barrier. Bennett was unharmed.

Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Elizabeth Isham Cory said the single-engine 1996 Beechcraft Bonanza made its emergency landing en route to Lunken Airport.
