Since 1994, Bombardier Aerospace has been the exclusive owner and operator of the airport at Downsview.
It is home to Bombardier's Business Jet family of Global aircrafts, as well as the turboprop Q400 commercial aircrafts. This 375 acres of land is rich with history and heritage, and represents one of the largest areas of land in the Greater Toronto Area.
Bombardier has recently indicated the possibility of relocating its manufacturing elsewhere within the GTA, unlocking the value of this land. With excellent transit connections and proximity to universities, this could represent a major city-building opportunity.
Join ULI Toronto for a tour of Bombardier's 375 acres Downsview Facility to learn about its current operations, and experience the potential magnitude of development possible for this underused land.
