The aeronautical equipment supplier Toulouse Latécoère entered into exclusive negotiations with the Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier Aviation to buy its activity of interconnection systems (wiring, etc.).
The latter has achieved an average turnover of 60 million dollars for three years with 750 employees. These factories are located in Queretaro in the Mexican Aeronautical Basin. The operation still depends on the due diligence procedures, the implementation of funding and regulatory approvals, warns the group.
Latécoère is the world's second largest manufacturer of aircraft interconnection systems, which accounts for 42% of its turnover of 659 million euros in 2018. It manufactures cables, electrical harnesses, avionics furniture and equipment for Airbus, Boeing, Mitsubishi, Dassault, Thales, Safran, etc...
