Breaking News (Updated): CSeries FTV1 Flying Today - November 6, 2014

The "Repaired" CSeries FTV1 C-FBCS is flying today, first time since the May 29, 2014 engine incident! Squawk 4531, it is taking off from runway 06 at Montreal-Mirabel Airport! It will be FTV1 flight #67. It took off at 08:56 local (13:56z). FTV1 landed back still at Montreal-Mirabel airport YMX/CYMX at 10:59 (15:59z).
From what I've heard, the staff part of the Bombardier Flight Test team is very happy with the results from this 2 hours "return to flight test" of FTV1.
Before today, the last time FTV1 flew was on May 21, 2014, 8 days before the infamous engine incident FTV1 endured while its engine #1 was being worked on while landed, still attached on the wing, by Pratt & Whitney. That particular engine that "blew" was the first P&W Purepower produced engine, and first engine Bombardier received, and was engine #1 of FTV1...

So far, including today's flight, FTV1 has 67 flights completed. All CSeries FTVs together has about 160+ flights completed.
