Bombardier (BFTC Mirabel) is presently starting up the engines on CSeries FTV2. Last time FTV2 (C-GWYD) flew was on May 7, 2014. Let's hope they have enough BP2380 oil.
Since the engine incident where Pratt & Whitney was working on CSeries engine #1 of FTV1, May 29, 2014, there was only one time, the week after the incident, that the engines where started on a CSeries, it was with FTV4 at Mirabel, for a few minutes.
So far, FTV1 had 66 flights completed, FTV2 27, FTV3 about 20 and FTV4 only 4.
On May 29, 2014, flew FTV4 twice. No CSeries flew since. I'm expecting this to resume any day now with FTV2 being first.
We're now waiting to see if BFTC wants to fly the FTVs or not...
