Following my article regarding Bombardier currently planning to transfer some CSeries interior completion work and jobs to its Wichita facilities and its impact, Bombardier decided to put this project on the ice!
Questions were asked to the Québec prime minister Couillard during the last 2 days in relation to the information I released on Fliegerfaust at Assemblée Nationale du Québec by the leader of the opposition Jean-François Lisée about what was the government doing? To let Bombardier create more CSeries jobs in the US when Mirabel is already losing enough jobs creation with the creation of the new competing CSeries assembly facility in Mobile, Alabama?
Guest what? Bombardier backed off, or it is them?
You also have to understand that Airbus, which is "not currently calling the shots" (?) might have some involvement in this decision, no?
The real question now is, what kind of changes and investments will Airbus do at their new Airbus Canada Mirabel CSeries (A210/A230) factory?
Stay tune for much more on this very soon!
