To inspire, encourage others, learn and most of all have fun! Right is around Aug/Sep 2017 and the Left is me a few days ago Feb 2018. You can definitely see the change of body composition which I am so proud to see! Consistency is key but I still have a few things to refine especially in my nutrition where I struggle a lot because I travel, jet lag can be the worst demon for fighting off cravings!
