With SO much traveling recently my body clock is so out of sync and am struggling to sleep big time so I am going to make small steps to try and help 😴... I am going to cut out coffee for the next couple of weeks and see how I feel. Green tea will now be my caffeine before the gym and flights, which I know can be equal to coffee however the health benefits are way better and I’ll only be drinking herbal teas in between! Fun fact: giving up coffee can also make you more bendy!! So good for us yogis! 🧘♀️ #healthylifestyle #nomorecoffee #sleepwell #cabincrewlife .
