The amount of vitamins and antioxidants is too small to compensate for the amount of sugar in it (which sometimes is just as much as a sugary soft drink. ) . If you love fruits, I highly recommend eating them. As a snack, one orange may be fulfilling. But to make a glass of orange juice, you will need 3 or 4 of them! And by eating them you will get all the fiber that is lost in the juice making process. Of course, if you love juice, have it once in a while. The most important is to find balance!
