Less than a week ago I ran my first #10k in well over two years, today I ran my second 10k 1 minute and 35 seconds faster, not bad at all after a 10 hour flight to #beijing and less than 5 hours sleep!

It’s absolutely incredible the difference giving up smoking has made, 10 Days #smokefree and a total distance of 34km ran! I’ve rediscovered my love for running and to say I’m proud of myself today (tonight here in Beijing 😂 ) is total understatement! My pre run warm up was a leg routine created by @freya_church using our @teknifitsports resistance bands! They are just great for all aspects of fitness and I wouldn’t be without them! 💜🍑💪🏼
