Since I had to skip lunch ( got home really late yesterday so breakfast was more of a brunch actually) I'm going big on dinner! •marinated tofu & spring onion •stirfried zucchini & broccoli with sesame seeds and a ginger-hoisin sauce. •fried coconut rice with pineapple, cashews, shredded coconut and coriander.
