Grab a partner and try out this AMRAP circuit! (Using @northern.guy as my fitness model as usual! 😜 ) . The amount of moves in exercise 1 dictates how much time you have to AMRAP exercise 2! The quicker you work together, the quicker you finish the workout! 🔥 Round 1 1️⃣ 10 x Goblet Squats 2️⃣ Skipping . Round 2 1️⃣ 5 x TRX Rotational Rows on each arm 2️⃣ Deadlifts . Round 3 1️⃣ 20 x Bicycle Crunches & 16 Mountain Climbers 2️⃣ Alternating Deficit Press Ups . Aim for 6 rounds of each round (3 full rounds each) or if you want to try it on your own, aim for 30 seconds of each exercise! Give it a go and let me know how you get on! 💪🏻
