Aviation's global center of gravity is continuing its eastward shift, according to the latest rankings from Airports Council International. And China and India are poised to feature among the top three air-travel markets by 2020 as rising incomes make fares more affordable. Atlanta had the busiest location of all last year, but New Delhi's Indira Gandhi International was the fastest-growing airport.
