Next week I say bye to living in London and I’ll heading up to my neck of the woods for a bit.

Which means, commuting between Manchester and London for work. It’s doable, and many crew do it, BUT YOU HAVE TO BE ORGANISED, and be mindful of your timing. I wouldn’t attempt the commute for an early report, I’d come down the day prior and stay the night, and allow extra time to get to work. For the time being I am going to be using the train or flying to work, and if I think I am spending close to what a car would cost, then I’d invest in a car. It is something that I have been asked before, and as I don’t currently commute it’s difficult to answer the question honestly, until I start doing so. There are a large number of crew that commute from all over the country and it’s down to being smart about it. I am excited to be back home, but have London available to me whenever I please too without paying to live down there. I miss my city, I miss having more of a routine there and to be around my friends more. It is temporary for me as I plan on moving back down to London, but for now it makes sense for me to head up North for a bit 😊
