Trying to commit to a routine when your in different time zones, regularly jet lagged, not being able to prep meals and struggle to eat well when your exploring different countries and cultures is very difficult. Now I'm more settled I'm ready to get back to it properly and find a routine that will help me gain more muscle mass whilst keeping toned. 💪 On the plus side...
