I literally have this on repeat😇. It's very light, but still nutritious. What do you need: any kind of lettuce/salad, edamame beans, sprouts (I used spicy sprouts), spring onion, cashews, sesame seeds, baby corn (or regular corn), japanese sesame dressing, croutons for extra bite, and today I'll also added an avocado.
