(check out my stories for daily moves) To be honest...I’m not that into yoga 🙈 but I’m surprisingly LOVINGGGGGG this program. Using your whole body weight to move into poses is such a good workout, I feel challenged. No wonder yogis are Fit AF 😆🧘🏻♀️ What workout are you doing today?
